Most merciful and gracious heavenly Father, I acknowledge and confess that I have sinned against You and against my neighbor in thought and word and deed. I have done what is evil in Your sight. I earnestly repent and am truly sorry for all my sins. For the sake of Your Son my Lord Jesus Christ who died for me, have mercy on me and forgive my sins. By the work of Your Spirit, produce in me the fruits of righteousness and holiness, through Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior, to the honor and glory of Your name. Amen!
